We are thrilled to announce that from over 50 great submissions to the Redesign Belonging Open Call, the Jury has selected a fantastic shortlist of 11 finalists. All the finalists showcased creativity, innovation and passion in their approach to fostering belonging and the jury saw great potential for co-creation and collaboration with migrant women.
The open call invited designers, creative thinkers and anyone who had an idea for fostering belonging for migrant women through co-creation. The project aims to develop innovative models and solutions for integration tailored to various contexts within the EU.
The finalists are exploring various approaches to fostering belonging, including providing spaces for sharing stories, employment services, community initiatives, and participatory walks. There is also a diverse range of perspectives represented with finalists from seven EU countries from a range of backgrounds, from visual designers, students, service designers and charity founders.
