Rajul Jain is a senior practitioner specialising in design and business development for social impact enterprises.
A fashion design alumnus of NIFT, New Delhi (2005), she holds an MA in Sustainable Fashion from London College of Fashion, London (2015). With 18 years of experience in design, product development, and brand building, she has worked with leading brands across the UK, Europe, and India.

She has led design and business development for prominent Indian retail houses and buying agencies, overseeing collections for Inditex brands, Matalan, Tally Weijl, Cortefiel and the likes. Her expertise spans design, product development, quality craftsmanship, consumer insight, and meaningful collaborations. Her current practice integrates people, planet, and purpose, designing up-cycled products for Gucci, Oxfam, Teaology, Pianoterra, and Davines—brands committed to impact-driven fashion, while also creating economic opportunities for women artisans at a charitable trust in Mumbai.

As Business Development Lead at artisan:re, an RPG Foundation-backed regenerative farming initiative, she promotes direct-from-farm sourcing models that provide high quality clean produce, restore soil health, build circular agricultural ecosystems as the way ahead for textile supply chain. Establishing direct market linkages to create a sense of accomplishment and dignity for the farming community is a goal close to her heart.
