Radha Goenka is a social innovator dedicated to driving impact at the intersection of youth, women, environment, and culture. As director of the RPG Foundation, she has transformed it into a hub for social innovation, nurturing ideas that create lasting change.

She is the founder of Pehlay Akshar, which enhances English learning in government schools, The Heritage Project, which revitalizes India’s cultural and natural heritage, and artisan:re and nature:re, which support regenerative agriculture and biodiversity. A Young Achiever’s Award recipient and Co-Chair of UN India’s YuWaah Leadership Council, she is recognized for her contributions to education and social equity.

A passionate writer and advocate for women’s empowerment, her work has been featured in Tatler, Condé Nast, and The Indian Express. With over a decade of experience in the social sector, she continues to shape programs that empower communities and build a more sustainable future.
