Food will pacify us
ABOUT THIS THEME
‘The most powerful social media is not the Internet, not Facebook. It is food. Food connects all human beings,’ says renowned chef Alex Atala. And he is right, food can be an instrument for change. It’s a window to look at the civilisation and to indicate today’s societal issues. While some of the worlds population struggles to be fed, others waste it by the kilos. As food holds many stories, can it be a powerful design tool to make this world a better place?
