The Opportunity Playground is divided into two stages. The first is a “blind” role-playing game where participants take on the roles of key players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, such as coordinators, stakeholders, investors, providers, among others. During the interaction, they will only know the name of the person they are speaking with, without any additional details.
The second stage is a speed dating session with cards that contain specific instructions. In this phase, each winner of WDCD’s Redesign Everything Challenge will give a brief pitch to the participants for a limited amount of time. At the end of the pitch, participants will hand over a card to the winner they interacted with, based on their presentation.
After the speed dating session, each winner will approach the participants who gave them a card to exchange it for the following content:
- Advice: The participant will provide feedback or advice on the pitch presented.
- Networking: The participant will have the opportunity to connect further, share networking opportunities, exchange social media (LinkedIn and Instagram) and deepen the relationship.
- Second Date: The participant who receives this card will have the opportunity to schedule a follow-up meeting with the person who gave it to them.
The aim of the game is to foster empathy, knowledge, and awareness, highlighting the importance of creating multisectoral opportunities and ensuring accessibility within the ecosystem.

Winners and finalists of the Redesign Everything Challenge and members of the leading entrepreneurial and innovation funding communities. Open to the public interested in supporting the projects by participating in the dynamic.

PROGRAM:
First Block (70 mins): 3 rounds – Blind Date:
- 5 minutes to read the presented case
- 15 minutes of dialogue
- 5 minutes to solve the case
Second Block (15 mins): Speed dating with 3 rounds of change, each round lasting 5 minutes.
Third Block (10 mins): After the activity, the winners will approach their “dates” to continue the conversation, reveal their identity, and exchange their cards.
